“ Emmy squared pizza hits all the time. This time, I went with some friends after a night out. We tried a few pies, fries, and drinks, all of which were amazing. ”
“ I don't know, I have to have Emmy Squared every time I'm home now. I haven't had a bad location in the city & Williamsburg is definitely one of my favorites. Parking wasn't hard to find & the food? I mean, amazing. The service here was also phenomenal. It wasn't busy for a Sunday night, so noise wasn't a problem at all. I'll definitely be back. Probably too soon. ”
“ As a person that's gluten free, I really love their pizza. The GF crust is everything, it's soft, fluffy and crispy. Doesn't taste like your usually GF crust that's thin, chewy, and flavorless. They use CUP4CUP GF Flour, which I think every pizza spot should join the party on this. Their Detroit style pizza really hits the spot and fulfills that pizza craving. Be sure to get a side of their ranch and hot honey. If you're considering the MVP pizza with house made vodka sauce, red sauce, garlic parsley pesto, sesame seed crust -- GET IT! With their award winning pizzas and burgers, their food is definitely culinary art. Their salads are also fantastic and shareable, big enough for a family. My sister is obsessed with the Brussels Sprouts with blue cheese, dried cherries, and miso dressing. The Caesar Salad is equally delicious! Zia fries are an appetizer dream, that's if you're a waffle fries fan. Loaded with queso, bacon, ranch, and scallions if you're into that. Worth trying! They have a great kids menu! My niece loves their pizza sticks and waffle fries! They have so many great food options on their menu. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. Their drink menu was in abundance, but I especially loved all of their local beers on draft. We had a family dinner here and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. They had tables for small and large parties. Overall, this was a solid dinner with great food, good company, and awesome service!! I highly recommend this spot, over and over again! ”
“ We LOVE E, Nicole, and the rest of the staff! This was my second time at Emmy Squared and it never disappoints. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Additionally, we heard there are going to be some NEW menu items dropping soon...Nicole's speciality apple cider drink (MUST HAVE), hot toddy, apple pie dessert, etc. These all sounded like seasonal "falling" for you menu items. The Brussel Sprout Salad is an absolute must order whether dining in or taking out. The flavors in this salad are unreal - pickled red onion, cashew, blue cheese, dried cherries, and miso dressing. Our two personal favorites are the MVP and Miranda pies. We always eat with our eyes and not with our stomachs, so leftovers it is. Who doesn't like pizza leftovers the next day? Don't forget to add pepperoni to the MVP to add even more flavor to its house made vodka sauce, red sauce, parsley pesto, and sesame seed crust. The Miranda is sweet and savory, which is right up my alley with four cheeses, crispy bacon, and hot honey drizzle. In my opinion - ask for extra hot honey on the side! Both were flavors appreciated by all tastebuds...The ambiance is a comfortable setting but at times is gets warm inside (due to global warming lately) and the door is opened to get some airflow. If you get cold easily I don't suggest seating by the entrance/exit. Definitely a MUST TRY, especially if you love Detroit style pizza! Looking forward to coming back soon and Nicole I'm coming for that apple cider deliciousness!!! ”
“ Heard the hype for quite some time, but never got around to trying here. Finally pulled the trigger and ordered delivery for game day. My friends recommended the Colony (pepperoni, hot honey + pickled jalapeños), but I had already ordered the MVP (fitting for watching nba playoffs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but also had garlic parsley pesto, red sauce, and house made vodka sauce) . Their pizzas are Detroit-styled. Normally I stray away from it, because I'm not a fan of Sicilian or thick pizzas, but these slices are an exception. The pizza was thick, saucy and cheesy, but the sesame crust was crispy and held everything together so well. All the components of the sauces balanced each other out so well -- the sweetness from the red sauce, savoriness from the vodka sauce and freshness from the pesto. When our delivery finally arrived, our initial impression was that the pizza was pretty small especially for the price we paid, but this was filling and worth every bite. ”
